▶  DESCRIPTION:
Made of heavy glass, these jars have many uses, obviously, they can still be used for preserving jelly and jam, hence their French name 'pot de confiture'. They can be used to serve dips and desserts, as a desk tidy, makeup storage, whatever you desire.

The faceted glass lends them to being used for tealight candles or table decorations, indoors and in the garden.
With an appropriate-sized cork, they're great for bath salts.

Our favorite use? Don't tell anyone, but with thick rounded over rims, they make a great drinking glass, way better than a mason jar.

This style of jars have been made by many manufacturers since the early 1900's and there are slight variations in dimensions from one manufacturer to another. The earliest jars were hand-blown and contain bubbles and imperfections, the later, machine made ones, not so much. I have a few of these in stock and will match the jars for each order where possible.
