Motley Crue hat. Includes custom made skull and black leather hatband, red offers leather cord laced, spikes and studs, silver skull on each side of hat with red rhinestone eyes. On the back is an silver skull Concho. The front is adorned with an antique silver skull cross. Custom designed and hand made.
