It is done on the Summerso technique that was invented by Seguso in the 1950's. This piece was designed by Flavio Poli in the 1960's. Summerso translates to "Submerged" or "Sunken", typically done with two layers of color. This one using blue and green. Vase is rounded but the sides are flat. It measures 4 1/2" tall and 3 3/4" offers square on base. Made in Italy. *I encourage you to review all photos to assess an item's condition.
