This natural topaz pendant necklace has a beautiful high quality Swiss Blue Topaz hanging from a 14K gold filled chain, with three small freshwater pearls on one side. This November birthstone blue topaz jewelry necklace closes with a 14K gold filled spring clasp, and has lovely little blue sapphire at the closure chain.

The Swiss blue topaz in this necklace is beautiful quality, a sparkling rectangular cushion cut, ice blue and translucent. Along one side are three small freshwater pearls, with tiny baby pearls at the back and a small blue sapphire. So pretty, dainty, with a classical elegance, this necklace can be worn day or evening, and makes a lovely November birthday or other gift, or treat for oneself.

Necklace is adjustable by 2 inches, and can be worn at lengths from 16 - 18 inches, approximately. Swiss blue topaz pendant stone is approximately 8x6mm. The row of pearls can be worn on either side. Photos are taken close-up to show detail, and tends to make stones appear larger. All variations, spots, and inclusions are part of the stones natural beauty.

*** The metals I use are 14K gold filled, 14K and 24K gold vermeil, 14K and 18K solid gold, and sterling silver. The metals used for each piece are listed. People often confuse gold vermeil for gold plating, but they are not the same! Gold vermeil is fine sterling silver, dipped in 14k gold, vermeil style. The gold has a much higher percentage of gold than standard gold plating, which often covers bronze or other lesser metals, not sterling silver as in gold vermeil. Gold filled is much more valuable, does not tarnish or rub off. The artisans in Thailand who make the gold vermeil pieces I use in my jewelry work hard to craft the pieces as they require time and skill, and I think they are very special and add dimension to the jewelry.

*** All the jewelry you see in this shop is handmade by me. Often the quality that makes handmade jewelry special is the same quality that can make it a bit more delicate. It is best if jewelry is always removed before exercise, bathing, and sleeping. Please treat gently, as jewelry will last longer with care.
