Beautiful Underwriter Laboratories Desk/Boudoir Lamp.  The shade and base both have a scalloped edge with etched, frosted flowers around both.  The cut crystal sparkles and would look offers great in any room!  Plug has an on/off switch on it. Original wiring. Works great!
