Like new with tags, and original straws. I am not the original owner. Both cups do have a few imperfections I think are worthy of mention. The teal has a few scratches on the back (superficial), and what I would call a rub or a smudge spot. Not noticeable unless you are really examining it (which I do). The magenta looks like it had a sticker on the lid at some point. It looks like they used a cloth that lightly scratched the lid in a circular motion. You offers can only see the light surface scratching on the lid if you are looking down on the cup. Other than that, the cups are gorgeous, with no chips or cracks. Free shipping. I will package them carefully, and insure them.
