Pink Frosted Glass Ceiling Lamp and Ornate Brass offers Ceiling Rose, French Vintage 1940s, US EU AU wired

offers Pink pastel frosted glass ceiling lampshade fitted to an ornate brass ceiling rose. Fully rewired to US, EU, AU safety norms.
I have fitted approx 1 metre of new pink and white fabric-covered cable and a vintage brass shade grip, a vintage lamp socket for B22 bulb and a vintage ceiling canopy. Though the parts are vintage, the new cable gives it a contemporary look and it would suit a modern or traditional cottage or farm hallway, small bathroom or bedroom very well.

The bulb fitting takes a standard bayonet bulb of any shape or size.
I use new, double-insulated safety cable and discard old bulb sockets to replace with brand new ones and I add cable blocks at both ends to prevent stress from the weight of the lamp on the cable. I add appropriate earth wiring when exposed metal parts are used as they otherwise present shock hazard without. This ensures that my vintage lamps and lighting conform to modern safety standards,and my lighting, if connected and hung correctly, will not cause electric shocks, catch fire or fall off the ceiling!
