offers This is a beautiful 15” oval platter in Royal Doulton's “Picardy” pattern. It is a beautiful piece with an ivory band, white center, and a pretty scalloped edge. The hand painted pink roses in the center are a beautiful color compliment to the turquoise scroll and leaf design at the border. It is in lovely condition with no chips cracks or crazing. There are some faint paint speckles on the back that are under the glaze.
