This vintage paper roll dispenser and cutter white enamel industrial offers appeal. Comes with the vintage paper that on it. Would be great for using in your Etsy store shipping and packaging, craft or work room, store front, office and so on. Still has the label but not readable for my eyes.

The old metal paper cutter has 4 holes if you want to screw it on a countertops/tanle. A paper pole is made of steel with a metal folding slicer (its really not a blade, the paper just pulls and tears when pressure is pulled against it). The cutter has typical aged imperfections like worn and missing paint,.) The paper is old that is on it and aged but still usable.
