Oil paint lot I believe there are 70 tubes None of them are dry I checked them I have had these paints for some years so they look a bit rough appearance wise but the still function well I just don't really paint with oils anymore there are 4 in the bag that have holes in and a few I can't get open and the 13 by the green bag I couldn't get open but you probably could with hot water and some elbow grease but all the others have been checked and opened Most are over 3/4 full a few haven't really been used There are various offers different brands Winsor newton bob ross.
