The manufacturer of which is Japan. I have a lot of scarves with tags "Manufactured in Japan" and I can draw an analogy.
These scarves have made a long way to the Soviet era - from Japan to Canada and the United States, and then they were bought by emigre Ukrainians and to help their relatives somehow - they sent them to Western Ukraine.
