Overall this is in pretty good shape considering it's age. The minifigs are decent quality for their age. Its mostly complete but missing 1 rubber hose and a few of the transparent blue 1 x 4 bricks have been replaced with 1 x 2 transparent blue bricks and one of the transparent blue inverted slopes (circled in the pic) has been replaced with a solid blue one. Does NOT come with instruction manual but the baseplate is included. Ask questions before purchasing as I will not accept returns or honor refunds. Item will be shipped partially assembled.
