This finish will offers not permanently protect your wood against direct sun, snow, ice, and rain, Be sure to check the finish annually to determine if it needs to be re-coated. If the finish warrants, apply an additional coat of a clear coat outdoor varnish according to the label directions. You can buy clear coat outdoor varnish at most hardware stores in a spray or brush apply.
