Rare handmade coin barrett featuring a prominent heavy double headed coin which says "caes divi vesp f domitian vsc. os VII" on the visible side as well as two with Queen Elizabeth and offers two surrounded by stars. Clip still works perfectly. You can make out he back of each of the coins, and the center one is unlike any I've seen before - also a head, but with a spiked crown. My best guess is that the middle coin is Roman.
