Offers 1940s Shorlon Model Black Topper Hat.

Vintage 40s black fur felt topper hat. So chic! Hat has plastic hair comb and elastic offers strap inside. This was obviously someone's favorite hat, the top of hat shows some wear but it is still fabulous and definitely wearable.
