Stamp wording is on top under and near hinge for cap.
Center tappered 1” in thickest middle section.
Capacity:

Top has security attachment and is not fullproof.

It was tested and seemed to drip some water out for the first several seconds then tapered off to stop.
It seems it needs a washer or a cork section possibly was
originally more substantial.
