This lights offers up and rotates as it should. Very good condition. I did my best to get the measurements in the pictures. This comes qith origional box. It will be shipped in another box to keep the original box in tact. Only thing I see is one of the yellow plastic pieces has a small indent in it. I tried to get pictures. This does not affect it at all and is barely noticable.
