We love to ferment our vegetables, pickles, sauerkraut and kimchi. Its really easy to do using our handmade fermenting crocks. Designed originally as a Sourdough Starter & small fermentation crock for our own home. This oak leaf jar has many uses: small batch fermentation, sourdough starter, coffee, tea, sugar & many other things.

This covered jar is in one of our custom colors, "Icewater Springs" and the Oak Leaf decoration is a real leaf that has been impressed into the clay itself. This glaze is one of my favorites. I cannot tell you how beautiful and rich the color really is. The attention to detail on this piece is breathtaking.

This covered jar measures approximately 7-9" tall, including the lid x 5" wide.
