The bag was used a lot, but it still offers looks nice. The only real problem is that the window had a lot of pins in it. (But it's not very noticeable and it's not the window that's affected but the pocket on the inside where you put the pins.) Comes with the bag and it comes with the pin that came with the bag. (The pin will be in the front pocket where it will be secure and where it won't get lost) It has no stains. Maybe some light scruffing on the leather but overall backpack looks pretty much like the day I had bought it.
