The back of the spoon is signed with stamped marks sterling with a leaf and the letter E. The mark of P.W. Ellis Co. of Toronto founded in 1852 and active during the years 1872 - 1928.
The figural spoon features a full figural Indian Chief with his bow. The bowl of the spoon has raised decorations depicting the City Hall of Winnipeg offers Manitoba.
The spoon measures about 4.25 inches x 0.75 inches.
The spoon has some minor tarnish and light wear commensurate with age.
