This is a sturdy pottery chocolate pot with black and brown glaze finish. There is no hallmark although I am offers guessing it was made in Japan and the artist signature is below the spout. The handle is a comfortable size to pour and hold. There is a small chip on the underside of the spout. Over all this chocolate pot is in very good condition. The glaze on the inside of the pot is very nice as though it has not been used. Look closely at the photos for they are also part of the description.
