Vintage Antique International Metric System Poster S.W. Stratton Dept. of Communications 1800's offers

Amazing antique International Metric System Poster. This poster is undated, but it is offers from the time that S.W. Stratton was the Director, so it would date anywhere from 1897 to 1923. As you can see from the photos, the poster shows signs of age. Can be cleaned up a bit more quite easily, and would look wonderful professionally framed.
