Vera Head Scarf Fish and Polka Dots Blue and White offers

Vintage Vera scarf with happy, smiling fish in white with blue polka dots on a blue background. Classic Vera! A really great piece.

I believe it is silk, but I'm not certain. If there was a tag, there is not one attached.

It looks like it has been worn in the past, but not much offers. The hem is intact and there are no stains or discoloration on the fabric. There are two very tiny pin holes in the center as shown.
