Pink Beaded Hat offers Made By Pauline 1960's Vintage Runway
A Perfect Example of 1960's Designer Runway Fashion! This Lovely Stylized Cloche Hat is made of Pink Silk Like fabric and has Hand Strung Rows of Tiny White Lucite Shell Like Tube Beads, Tiny Hand Strung Silver Celluloid Tube Beads, Large Silver Tear Drop shaped Lucite Beads, Small Clear Round Faceted Lucite Beads, Small Clear Round Faceted Glass Rhinestones, and Large Clear Faceted Lucite Dangling Tear Drop Beads. All Beads are Hand Sewn onto the fabric. The Back Side of the Hat features a Large Pink Silk Bow that is also adorned with beads.
This Hat has Points on both the Front Side and Backside and is meant to Sit on Top Of The Head with the Bow to the back and the Front Point down over the forehead.
The inside of this Hat is lined in Ivory White Silk and has a Pale Pink Grosgrain Ribbon Sweatband. There is a Fabric Tag to the Inside that reads "Custom Made By Pauline". There is no size tag in the hat, but I feel it is a Size Medium, 6 1/2 - 7 Hat measures approximately 7"W at opening and is approximately 6"H
Condition: Very Good. This hat is in very good but Not perfect condition. All beads seem to be present, but some are discolored. There is a large stain to the inside of the hat which can be seen in my photos.
