Intarsia offers Mooses

This is a made to order item - please allow 3 - 4 weeks for delivery. The majestic moose - an iconic Canadian animal reminds me of my many offers happy times moose hunting in northern Ontario - never very successful in the hunting department but a good time had by all. The various wood types for this project were cut on the scroll saw and hand sanded before mounting on a sturdy backer board. No paint or stain was used - the colours are the natural tones of the wood. The finished art work was covered with several coats of protective finish to preserve the natural beauty of the wood.
