Antique Northwood Ice Green Greek Key and Scales Pedestal Bowl Over 100 offers yrs. Old

This was a very difficult piece to find information about but I did it. This is a 8.5” Round 3.5” tall and 3.5” deep. The dish sets on a base that's 3.5” Round. The edges are heavily ruffled with a design offers under them is a Greek Key design followed with a line of dots and under them is leaf design all the way done to the center where is a Daisy looking flower.
