This khukuri is one of the best selling products in our khukuri store. Black Smith from Nepal hand forged this to make it a perfect tool for short camping, hiking and kitchen use. This khukuri has a sharp blade and a thinner top, it can be used for crafting. The spine part can be used to skin fish. The handle of this khukuri reaches down with the same flavor of the blade with wild buffalo horn attached with metal rivets. The handle is attached with a finger guard to keep it comfortable and safe from injury when using khukuri. The sheath of this khukuri was made from refined hide of wild buffalo leather.

All of our Khukuri are handforged in Nepal, made by Kami community, the great blacksmith who has generations of skill in forging khukuri knives

The kukri is the staple weapon of all Gurkha military regiments and units throughout the world, so much so that some English-speakers refer to the weapon as a "Gurkha blade" or "Gurkha knife". The kukri often appears in Nepalese and Indian Gorkha heraldry and is used in many traditional, Hindu -centric rites such as wedding ceremonies.

The words Gurkha and Kukri (Khukuri) go together: you cannot say one without the other. Their story is incomplete without each other.
The Gurkhas and the Kukri became famous during the First and Second World Wars. The Kukri has been better known as "The Gurkha Knife" since those days.
