Everything works great, as shown in the photos, except David Robinson basketball is kind of sus, but it's basically thrown in as a freebie and certainly not offers the reason you're buying this console. System is actually in impressive shape for its age, missing Sega cd connector door but comes with rubber cover, and hardly visible (if at all) when sitting on the shelf and doesn't affect function.
