Irish Cable Knit offers Aran Baby Sweater set Baby 3 to 9 months

This is a beautiful machine washable handmade Irish cable knit Aran sweater, hat, and booties for a baby boy or girl (ages 3-9 months).

This warm sweater set will stand out in crowds as it is unique and has a lot of texture. It also has a lot of meaning. I learned how to knit this pattern at school in County Mayo, Ireland.

The honeycomb pattern is a symbol of the hard-working bee.
The cable pattern is known to be a wish for good luck and safety (as it was for the fisherman who wore the sweaters while fishing near the Aran Island, off the West coast of Ireland).
The diamond pattern signifies a wish of success, wealth, and treasure.
The set comes with the button down sweater, hat, and knit socks (booties).
