Pricing is for a house portrait only. Pricing is based off of the size and starts at $50
Once Purchasing:
-After purchasing, please send me a message through Etsy with photos of the house. If there is a specific angle you would like the painting to be, please note that in message. The more photos the better.
- Specify any important details you would like added into your painting. i.e. text, floral details, words, etc.
- I will send a pencil sketch of your painting prior to completing it. I will not paint until I have your approval offers on the sketch. Average wait time for a sketch is 14 days. Please know this time frame can be extended during any major holiday season.
- Before shipping, I will send you a photo of the final product for approval. I will not ship until I receive your approval on the painting.
- Approximate production time is 3-4 weeks. If you need it sooner than that, please let me know as soon as possible. All paintings are shipped Priority Mail.
