This clock is almost in perfect condition. The good; The clock works and keeps time accurately and chimes on the 1/4 hours like well clockwork. The exterior is in immaculate condition. With a nice Rich Cognac finish. The bad; The previous owners left the battery in in storage and it leaked. I have cleaned up the corrosion thise clear evidence still exist a battery leaked. The wood (as illustrated) has some marking which I also cleaned up leaving the dark stain inside. And on the back cover. As well as melting the bob on the movement arm. And need to be replaced. I did look up replacement movement arms. An identical ones is around $25 on ebay. Or you can get another style you like.
