Solid kiln dried Oak & Copper rod Wall Mound Shelf

This is a Handmade Decorative and functional Wall Mount made from Oak & Copper with a pair of hidden Keyhole hangers.

This is a HEAVY item - 2.85kg and needs 2 hanging/fixing points using strong screws of min 40mm to 60mm length and min 5mm diameter.

The Wall Mount/Shelf is made from all Solid Oak Wood and is decorated with offers two 10mm Solid Copper studs and 3 8mm x 200mm
Solid Copper Rods which are polished but not lacquered and will require occasional buffing to restore lustre.

The Oak is lightly Oiled with Danish Oil - Further coats will darken the wood but 1 or 2 light coats a year is all that is required to keep the Oak looking good with a low satin sheen.

This item is HANDMADE and will have some minor imperfections though nothing that detracts from it's beauty in my opinion.

I designed this myself and think it will look stunning fitted in isolation to a sympathetically painted wall - of light maybe pastel shades? that complement the lovely Oak colour and Copper.

Main use is for Decoration and placing of 1 or 2 ornaments or even potted plants ( with drip tray )
