DETAILS
Epic Armoury's Ready-for-Battle Leather Armour is a chic leather corkas with front and back plates to protect the hull from damage. The armor is made of brown leather elongated cut from chrome tanned, plated leather, riveted with brass studs on soft split leather. With elongated sides to protect the flanks, the front and back plates are attached to each other with sturdy leather straps and iron buckles.

The shoulder plates are made of similar elongated plates, reinforced with a leather strap that runs from the front plate to another set of iron buckles at the back. This makes the armor highly adjustable, which allows a good fit for the individual wearer.

This armor is hemmed with extra soft split leather to prevent the armor from deforming in case of excessive wear. The armor is completely interchangeable with other Epic Armoury products, and is also light with a clear, yet neutral style that suits almost any world or character you want to take on your first adventure.

Available in black and brown, and in small, medium, large and X-large sizes.

Inspired by the "brigandine" armor of the Middle Ages, but lighter without the usual metal plates riveted into the armor.
Inspired style came into widespread use in the 15th century.

MAINTENANCE
Natural leather products are very durable, but require offers regular maintenance with leather care products to remain flexible and extend service life. Make sure your leather products stay dry when stored. Allow wet leather to dry naturally before treating. If the leather is often wet and dry, increase the frequency of maintenance.

CLEANING
By removing dirt, clean with a hard brush, then gently rub the leather soap with a clean, damp cloth until the leather looks clean. Remove the soap with a separate damp cloth to wipe away any soap residue, then use a dry cloth to wipe any remaining water off the leather.

CONDITIONS
You should always condition the leather after cleansing, as the soap has removed some of the natural oils. Treat the leather with mink oil, olive oil or beeswax policy with a clean cloth, gently rubbing a small amount of oil into the leather or polishing it in circles. Soak the leather in the oil before wiping the leather with a final clean cloth to remove any excess residue.
