Rare Georgia Art Pottery vase from mid30's - mid50's. Plum glaze. No chips or cracks. There is one pinhole, the glaze is slightly crazed. Please see pictures. More information can be found about the iconic potter W.J. Gordy at:

The vase comes with a bowl and silverware set because they match so beautifully. The bowl is not Georgia Art Pottery, but the glaze matches almost perfectly. Based on the color and style, the bowl is probably also from the '40's era. There are no markings on the bottom, but there are kiln stilt marks. No cracks or chips. The knife is Simeon & George Rogers, Encore pattern, 1934, very worn. The other pieces are by "Oneida Ltd.", probably from the 1940's. There is some tarnishing and ware on them offers.
