"Pan - A Journal of Satire" by Jules Chéret. Wonderful original stone lithograph printed by the famous French firm of Imprimerie Chaix in Paris, 1886. It is from Ernest Maindron's "Les Affiches Illustrées," a masterful French work on poster art that featured folio chromolithographed plates, reproducing the larger posters found in Paris during the early years of the Belle Époque. One of only 525 copies originally published in 1886 (numbered 343 on backside of title page - shown in photos for reference).

Condition:
Very good. There are some faint scattered foxing spots in the perimeter margins, but otherwise it is clean with bold original color.
It will be packaged in a sealed plastic sleeve on a backing and will ship within a rigid mailer for offers protection.
