This species has long, sub-velvety leaves and belongs to the Porphyrochitonium section of Anthuriums. This plant is native to Ecuador. It's a rare aroid with long, slender leaves. Even the young leaves have a sheen, especially in sunlight. The leaves can even develop golden mottling, but it's not offers permanent.
