Vintage quilt with a red butterfly in white squares pattern. Hand stitched, scrap quilted coverlet for a twin or full bed. Black stitching around large cherry red butterflies. OOAK, but with damage. For repair or reuse. The fabric appears to be some sort of polyester blend in areas. Approximate size: 90” x 86” Condition: Fair, vintage, used condition with damage and wear. There is a 2 1/2” long rip on central square. Also, a large brown stain in center (please offers see ALL photos closely.) A side square has large grey staining some other staining and discoloration throughout, some loose threads and another square has worn through areas. the off white fabric is presumably discolored and the underside red fabric is pilling. While it has dry cleaning tags still on it, it has a musty odor from storage. All of these flaws have been considered in the pricing.
