For sale: A real one of a kind necklace.
This scenic piece is an artist's rendition of a mountain range created from organically terminated pieces of birch bark. The night sky is a grouse feather, an opal is the moon, skeletal cucumber for clouds, lichen & various evergreen needles represent the greenery & in the forefront hand chiselled agates play the boulders in this tableaux. All of these items are locally harvested & meticulously arranged on a 40x20mm antique bronze cabochon tray with an 8mm bail. This is then coated multiple times until entirely smooth to the touch. The finished piece is then strung on a very thin antique bronze satellite chain measuring 74cm adorned with an offset cluster of rough polished garnets.
Do be aware that this listing is for the epoxy piece itself, the chain is more of an afterthought...a bonus, if you will. It is lead & cadmium free (& I think it's very pretty) but it is not an actual part of the listing. The price of this item is based on the time, love & effort put into creating the resin pendant itself.
This necklace can be worn by itself as a statement piece or in a group & would make the perfect gift for that special nature loving lady in your life! Send it to Mom as a symbol of how she helped you grow. Or reward yourself with this unique & one of a kind piece.
