This is a pair of beautiful tear drop shaped antique pewter candlestick holders. They were probably made and used in the early to mid 1800's. They are heavy, well made and very sturdy, showing signs of use. There are scratches, dings and minor staining here and there but their overall condition is very good. Inside the candle holders are remnants of old candle wax that could easily be removed. Each holder is unique with their own imperfections but they are definitely a matching pair. Change out the color of the candles for the season you are decorating. An eloquent pair and great with any antique offers decorations you may have.
They measure: 11.25 inches tall and 5.25 inches in diameter at the base. The candle holder opening is 1 inch in diameter.
