As with all my jewelry, I sculpt manually each piece in hard wax then I cast it in pure bronze in my atelier in Italy so that each piece has its own character with organic edges, undulating surfaces and textures.

Bronze is the metal for 8th anniversary and has a beautifully warm brown/gold colour, however as it is a base metal containing copper, it might leave a green mark on your skin, depending on your skin PH.
A simple way of preventing the green marking is to coat the underside of the item with a clear nail polish. This creates a protective barrier between your skin and the metal. Just remember to reapply the coating when it starts to wear off.
