Cherry Pit Comfort Pack Lumbar, Neck Wrap and Eye Pillow Combo for a relaxing offers spa experience! Cherry pit packs can be heated in the micro-wave or chilled in the freezer for those times when your aching muscles or joints need special attention. Cherry pits are very durable, retain their temperature for longer periods of time than other materials such as rice or corn, and are not subject to rancidity or pests.

The extra large lumbar pack is approximately 6-1/2 inches by 20 inches, with three sections to keep the cherry pits in place and handles at each end. The neck wrap comfort pack is 4 inches by 24 inches and has three sections and twill tape handles at each end to make it easier to place the pack where you most need it. The eye pillow is 4 inches by 12 inches.

Covers are made from 100% cotton pillow ticking which has been washed with "free and clear detergent" to remove any sizing, chemicals or unpleasant scents, and sewn together with 100% cotton thread. May be machine washed and dried on gentle cycle at cool temperatures.

For a heated pack, simply heat in the microwave for one minute, then adjust time by 20 second intervals to find the right timing for your microwave--just remember, all microwaves are different, so check before applying the pack to your body, especially if the pack will be used on a child. For a cold pack, simply place in the freezer until needed.
