The back of her neck says Pleasant Co. & some other codes. This is the retired historical Nellie, and if you look at her tag on body it says 2008. Then the tags were shorter, as later they were longer. I heard that she was sold out the same year or so, that she came out. She is a nice clean doll, and girls 8 yrs. old & up will love her, also adult collectors.
