Shabby chic cottage pull-up balloon curtains with fixed valance. Great drop capability and three columns of the balloon shapes build up a romantic and old-time atmosphere.

There are 5 rows by 4 columns of small rings stitched on the back of each panel. To get the look in the first picture, please use "C" shaped open rings to connect the small rings. When the curtain is pulled up, it forms the balloons. In terms of pull-up height, 63 inch (160 cm) for the lowest row being pulled, 53 inch (135cm) for the lower three rows pulled, 39 inch (100 cm) when all five rows being pulled. Some customers said the small rings are stitched loose and may need small effort to fix them. There is a 15 inch valance fixed on the panel. The flounce is 5.5 inch wide.

The price is for one panel. There are two panels hanging on a 69 inch wide window in the first picture. The best panel/window width ratio is 1.5~2, which is curtain width is 1.5~2 times of window width.
