The pendant for this necklace is a pipe measuring: 6.8 x 4.7 x 3.8 cm. (2 5/8" x 1 3/4" x 1 1/2"), that I made
from a vegetable, palm ivory, tagua nut I hand finished.
On the front I inlaid a 25 x 18 mm. onyx cabochon.
On the back is the pipe.

The bowl measures: 2.5 x 2 cm. (1" x 3/4").
From the mouthpiece to the center of the bowl measures: 4.7 cm. (1 7/8").
The bore is approximately .5 cm (3/16").
I filled any small cracks inside, due to germination, with non-toxic bentonnite clay.

Like a Meershaum pipe, the tagua nut will absorb the tars released from smoking, and will become a dark, honey color with use.

For the neckpiece, I did macrame with offers black, dark chocolate brown and natural, colored hemp twine; using: onyx rounds and faceted, twisted tubes; cruelty free, elk antler tips; bone rounds and rondelles; carved, wooden beads, glass crow beads and a wooden donut.

The length is adjustable, from: 67 cm. (19"), up to: up to 120 cm. (47").
Just slip it over your head, and slide the lock knot to desired length.

This necklace is made for people of all sizes to wear any length.
If you would like it shorter, you can specify the length desired at time of purchase (no less than 60 cm. or 24" so it will still fit over your head), and I can easily shorten it.

The necklace also comes with extra screens and a storage pouch for safe keeping.

Tagua nuts are a renewable product of the rain forests of Central and South America.
They are a viable alternative to animal ivory.
