I have no way of knowing if it's locked or unlocked or how that works- sorry! No scratches on the screen. Held a charge great the last time it was used. Only used a handful of times and has been sitting in a drawer. Watch has been Factory reset and is offers ready to set up with your phone- will have a bit of battery but there is No charger!
