Department 56 North Pole Series - Toot's Model Train Mfg. LE of 25k (#56.56728) This North Pole building is in good pre-loved condition. There are no missing pieces, but it is used and does have some signs of seasonal display use such as: small scuff marks and smudges. Additionally, there is a small chip on the bottom on the back side of the building (Please see photo). The movement feature has been tested and offers is functional. It's a little finicky and sometimes the switch needs to be toggled once or twice to start up the train, but after that it's fine. This building comes in its original box and with a lighted cord with adapter, as pictured. The box has some tears which were repaired with tape.
