Slip on this comfortable Heat Wrap / Cold wrap for Wrist, Hand, knuckles and arm and it will bring relief from Carpal tunnel syndrome, arthritis Tennis elbow and tired wrists brought on by activities like typing, crafting, knitting and other repetitive wrist activities.

This wrist wrap is made of offers 100% cotton fabric on the top, lined with muslin for durability, and soft flannel on the inside for comfort and and is a great heat conductor. Made in many sections with elastic for better fit and wide velcro straps for the arm and elbow, this wrap is easily slipped on and off, yet stays in place comfortably when donned.

**This wrap can be used on right or left hand and arm, or if you prefer to have one for each hand, please order a quantity of 2.

My preference is to keep in the freezer in a zippered plastic bag, always ready for a cold treatment, or just slip from the freezer to the microwave if your want it warm. Heat 1 to 2 minutes max for a treatment of 30 minutes of moist heat .
