Runs on Verizon towers. I cannot guarantee signal and you will have to get a Sim from Visible.com using a compatible phone. Just get the Sim card in, use your compatible phone to Activate, then put the Sim in the Hotspot, then you are all set. I'm just supplying only The hotspot and battery.
