Brand-new! This was given as a gift I never used. It comes with the purple dust bag in the pictures. Also note that there are some small spots where it offers looks like the pigment from the dust bag rubbed off onto the case. I never attempted to clean them so it might come right off. It looks easy to clean on the outside because it is a plastic material and the few spots aren't noticeable at all!.
