I originally intended offers on doing something else with this canvas but I ended up seeing a face so I just went with it. I couldn't sleep at all one night so I started working on this. I ended up not being able to fall asleep until almost 5 a.m. Lots of ruminating thoughts. I'm trying to make it a habit when I start to feel anxious I make myself create something. Anything. I was having a lot of anxiety the other night and couldn't sleep so I thought it would just be best to get up and create something instead of laying in bed and drowning in all of my negative thoughts.
